Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer Wealth Management/Capital Markets (2 Openings)
Location: Hybrid Midtown NYC or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week) or Remote (Preference is for Hybrid)
Contract Type: C2C (Preferred) or W2 + Referral

We are seeking two mid-to-senior level Full Stack .NET Developers to join Mayfair Capital's technology team. The ideal candidates will have strong .NET development experience and proven expertise within Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Banking (in that order of preference). This is an individual contributor role (not a lead), requiring excellent technical skills, domain expertise, and outstanding communication skills.
Candidates located in Charlotte, NC are a huge plus. The manager sits in Charlotte and prefers to see submissions from both Charlotte and NYC.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.

Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React or Angular.

Work closely with business analysts and product owners to translate financial services requirements into robust technical solutions.

Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and regulatory requirements.

Debug, optimize, and improve performance of enterprise applications.

Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, timely releases.

7+ years of full-stack .NET development experience (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web API).

Strong SQL Server experience (stored procedures, indexing, optimization).

Financial Services domain experience is required ideally Wealth Management (Merrill Lynch, TIAA) or Capital Markets / Big Banks (BoA, Wells Fargo, JPMC, etc.).

Strong front-end development skills with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Excellent communication skills (must be double-screened). Client requires candidates without heavy accents.

Stable career history with long projects/good tenure.

Must provide State-issued ID showing local residency (NY/NJ or Charlotte, NC).

Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes.

Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or real-time data processing.

Knowledge of financial regulations (MiFID II, Basel III) or wealth planning tools.
