AI Data Engineer

The main function of this role is to create automated dashboards which pull data from various sources including Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel and cross-org databases, and convert manual processes into live data visualization. This role will also maintain existing dashboard backend in ADO, fix bugs and create queries and reporting to meet business needs.

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Analyze technology, resource needs and demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings.

Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years overall experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Disqualifiers: Candidates without experience in ADO, Power BI, and dashboard management will not be eligible for the role.

Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain proactive experience in managing automation projects and converting manual processes into interactive dashboards.

- PRIOR MSFT experience highly preferred, if not relevant experience with a large tech organization

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and proactive attitude.

Must have sufficient knowledge and experience using MSFT's Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, as well as Azure DevOps, SharePoint and more.

Have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Have basic ability to work independently.

Have basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
