Job Title: Founding Product Designer
Location: New York City (On-site 5 days/week)
Base Salary: $150-$190K depending on experience

They're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Founding Product Designer, consumer facing mobile focused, who's passionate about building clear, engaging experiences and a cohesive visual identity, and strong visual polish. This role covers everything from core mobile flows and data visuals to brand systems, and marketing assets. True startup environment where you'll wear a few hats across different types of design. You'll work closely with product and engineering leadership team to bring ideas to life quickly, with a high bar for craft and execution.

Requirements
- 4+ years designing consumer mobile products (with a portfolio with case studies / samples of finished product)
- Strong visual polish and interaction design
- Fast, iterative approach guided by feedback and data
- Versatile across product, brand, and marketing
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate (on-site role)
- IC-first mindset-hands-on and execution-focused
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end mobile product design
- Create intuitive, engaging ways to visualize user data
- Develop and evolve brand visuals across all touchpoints
- Work in Figma and collaborate closely with engineers
- Bring in ideas from gaming, wellness, and beyond
