Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance requests and develop new functionality within the legacy ISIM ERP system using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Work closely with business analysts, IT, and operations teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable queries and scripts.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, often with limited documentation or guidance.
• Support data migration efforts and ensure continuity of legacy processes during the D365 rollout.
• Document findings and solutions where possible to support future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business priorities and align technical work accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases preferred.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems, especially in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in systems with little to no documentation-able to reverse-engineer and troubleshoot independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to do the "grunt work" when needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar modern ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
