Application Developer-SQL/PLSQL for a Contract position, and this is an Hybrid role.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance requests and develop new functionality within the legacy ISIM ERP system using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Work closely with business analysts, IT, and operations teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable queries and scripts.
- Investigate and resolve data issues, often with limited documentation or guidance.
- Support data migration efforts and ensure continuity of legacy processes during the D365 rollout.
- Document findings and solutions where possible to support future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business priorities and align technical work accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Strong SQL skills, with experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases preferred.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, especially in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in systems with little to no documentation-able to reverse-engineer and troubleshoot independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to do the "grunt work" when needed.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar modern ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
