We are looking for a Veeva Technical Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor, combining your deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare & life sciences client needs and procurement processes. You will be instrumental in the sales cycle, from initial client engagement and requirements gathering through solution design, demonstration, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with account teams and clients to understand their mission.
Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients to refine requirements and validate solution designs
Design scalable Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions aligned with business needs, regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) and Veeva best practices.
Lead the full lifecycle of promotional material management, including submission intake, MLR/PRC reviews, approvals, expirations, and re-approvals.
Architect integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, RIM, MedComms, DAM) using APIs and middleware.
Configure lifecycles, workflows, document types, security roles, and metadata models across multiple Vaults.
Define technical roadmaps, evaluate new Vault releases, and lead the adoption of new features.
Lead document/data migrations and maintain environment parity across SBX, Test, and Production Vaults.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of proposed solutions.
Incorporate IBM's asset portfolio, including IBM Consulting Advantage and related Assets, into Veeva-centric solutions where appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
Prior consulting experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, including PromoMats, MedComms, Modular Content, DAM, and Claims modules, with at least two end-to-end PromoMats implementations.
In-depth knowledge of life sciences regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), MLR processes, and experience supporting compliant document/data migrations.
Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience working with or selling to Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.
Veeva Certifications: Vault Platform Administrator, Vault CRM Administrator, or equivalent.
