Job Description
This position is responsible for constructing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting the expected reimbursement contracts within Epic Resolute Billing in a real-time environment, utilizing claims in either the HB and/or PB billing modules. You will act as a reimbursement subject matter expert, responsible for resolving complex issues, overseeing intricate design and build challenges, and supporting department goals and strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Four (4) years of EPIC experience in healthcare IT, Finance or Managed Care (contracting).
- Active Epic HB or PB Contract Build Certification.
- Experience with California-specific contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members, including delivering sessions and creating process documentation.
