Job Title: Oracle Enterprise Contracts Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Enterprise Contracts Functional Consultant to join our ERP implementation/support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Contracts, including its integration with Procurement, Projects, and Sales modules. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training related to the Contracts lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts.
  • Analyze business processes and gather requirements for various types of contracts (Buy, Sell, Project-based).
  • Configure and maintain contract templates, clauses, approval workflows, and document types.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle including creation, negotiation, approval, execution, compliance, renewal, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Sales, Legal, and Projects.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations with third-party systems and Oracle modules (e.g., Procurement, Projects, Financials).
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards related to contracts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Contracts or EBS Contracts.
  • Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes.
  • Experience in at least one full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuration and functional setups of Contracts module.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integrations (e.g., with Procurement, Projects, Projects).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Contracts or related modules.
  • Knowledge of OTBI/BI Publisher reporting.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services for integrations.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall implementation methodologies.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
