JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Engagement Media Strategy & Activation team delivers powerful customer experiences across marketing touchpoints by using data and tools to bring marketing to life. We lead consumer analytics, business intelligence, and audience strategy for 1:1 marketing campaigns to improve targeting, messaging, and channel strategies using data-driven insights. We currently have an open contractor-based position for an experienced Marketing (Insights) Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience with analyzing 1st party customer data and 3rd party data to glean customer/audience insights and make recommendations that will inform future audience planning and media activation strategies.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and synthesize data from various 1st and 3rd party data sources to build holistic views of audiences with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Provide tactical support for direct channel and paid media campaigns including segment identification and input.
  • Support activation in paid media by sharing audiences to platforms and monitoring health of audiences and match rates in platforms.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience conducting consumer data analysis or producing consumer reporting using SQL, Tableau, Python, or equivalent data analysis tools.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with or exposure to a Marketing team within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with or exposure to audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience using data and insights from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to Paid and Direct Channel Activation Platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, Adobe Campaign, LiveRamp, etc.).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with or exposure to Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.

 

Required Education:

  • BA or equiv work experience.
