Role: Data Entry Specialist

We re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our operations team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and large amounts of data. Key Responsibilities
Enter, verify, and update data in internal systems and databases with accuracy and speed.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
Prepare reports and summaries as requested by the team or management. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
3-4 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software.
Strong typing skills (minimum 50 wpm preferred).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly. EEOE Clause:
