Job Details

VDart Group is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to support IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance initiatives. This role focuses on the implementation, testing, and enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, including the IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution (IAM CIP Access Matrix). The BA will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, timely outcomes and assist IT compliance analyst SMEs with data analysis and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree (preferably in Information Security, IT, or related field).
  • Knowledge of IT process workflows and documentation.
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs/teams preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills (DAX formulas, Power Query) preferred.
  • Experience performing data and process analysis to identify issues or support system implementations.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) to convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; cooperative, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to set priorities, monitor progress, and track details efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with NERC CIP standards, particularly CIP-004 (not required but a plus).
  • Experience in cybersecurity compliance or IT security operations.
