Job Title: Senior Workday Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Consultant to lead the evaluation and implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday, leveraging your expertise to influence and guide our business and HR teams through this transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and Implementation: Lead the comprehensive evaluation of Workday as an HCM and Financials solution, including the assessment of current processes and systems.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and redesign business processes to align with Workday capabilities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and challenges in the migration process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of Workday, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stakeholder Influence: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to advocate for the benefits of Workday, driving buy-in and support for the transition.
- AI Integration: Promote the adoption of AI within Workday to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Migration Strategy: Evaluate the feasibility and plan the migration from legacy systems to Workday HCM and Financials.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Workday Expertise: Proven experience in owning the evaluation and build-out process of Workday HCM and Financials.
- Process Improvement: Strong understanding of how business processes change with the implementation of new systems.
- Risk Identification: Ability to identify and address risks and roadblocks in system migrations.
- Change Management: Extensive experience in education and change management, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Influence and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead business and HR teams towards successful adoption of new technologies.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI integration within HCM solutions.
