We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain (FSCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical architecture, development expertise, and functional knowledge across core financial modules.
This role involves leading upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements including PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.6x while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design PeopleSoft FSCM solutions aligning with enterprise and business requirements.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, system upgrades, data migration, and integration initiatives.
- Configure and customize applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Develop and execute PeopleSoft Testing Framework (PTF) scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Provide end-to-end support for core Financials modules GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, Billing, and Project Costing.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize application performance, and mentor technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical and functional design documentation following enterprise standards.
- 12+ years of overall experience in PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.6x.
- Strong proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
- Solid experience developing and executing PTF scripts.
- Expertise across multiple modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, AM, Billing, Inventory, Project Costing.
- Hands-on experience with system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional team leadership.
