How You Will Make An Impact
- Serve as the primary administrator of the Salesforce platform, owning all aspects of system configuration, maintenance, and quality control.
- Manage user setup, security permissions, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Act as the gatekeeper for admin changes, ensuring all updates are consistent with platform best practices.
- Maintain data hygiene through routine audits, deduplication, and cleanup processes.
- Oversee sandbox management and coordinate change deployments (excluding major development tasks).
- Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CRM requirements and implement user-centric solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive platform optimization efforts.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance for new features and updates.
- Support developers with light coding work including flows, formula fields, and minor Apex changes.
- Document all system configurations, procedures, and platform enhancements.
- Stay on top of Salesforce seasonal releases and communicate key changes and enablement strategies to stakeholders.
Are You a Salesforce Admin Rock Star?
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with some exposure to Apex or Lightning development preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Strong command of Salesforce architecture, security model, and customization tools (e.g., Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder).
- Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and maintaining custom fields.
- Skilled in using tools like Change Sets and Data Loader; basic release management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, or CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus.
