Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide IT compliance programs. This role will play a key part in assessing technology processes, supporting audit readiness, driving automation in controls, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT compliance, internal controls, or a related field, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $ 144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. IT Compliance Program Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT compliance operational programs.
- Drive process improvements and support innovation through automation.
- Manage issue resolution, ongoing risk monitoring, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure processes remain aligned with evolving regulations.
- Maintain and update policies and procedures as needed.
- Communicate compliance frameworks effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess end-to-end technology processes from planning and scoping through execution.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and risk functions to update SOX documentation (e.g., flowcharts, narratives, risk/control matrices).
- Identify automation opportunities and partner with teams to implement control enhancements.
- Validate the design and effectiveness of IT general and data integrity controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes related to IT compliance.
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in internal controls.
- Develop, manage, and execute remediation plans for audit or self-identified issues to address risks and ensure operational compliance.
- Oversee ongoing risk and control monitoring activities for first-line IT functions.
- Generate and maintain risk reports for IT leadership.
- Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed by business management.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT compliance, risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Familiarity with C# or Azure Data Factory (preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerShell
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
