We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Architect to lead the test automation strategy, framework design, and implementation for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tricentis TOSCA, test automation best practices, and experience in designing scalable automation solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, QA teams, and development teams to drive automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-wide automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA.
Define automation strategies, best practices, and governance models to ensure efficiency and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and QA teams.
Integrate TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab) to enable continuous testing.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to identify automation opportunities and optimize test coverage.
Develop and maintain TOSCA automation scripts, modules, and reusable components.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards in test automation.
Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools/features within TOSCA to enhance automation capabilities.
Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize test execution time, and ensure reliable test results.
Train and upskill teams on TOSCA best practices and automation methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10 -15 years of overall experience in Test Automation and QA Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including Test Case Design, Test Data Management, and Distributed Execution.
Expertise in designing automation frameworks, test strategies, and reusable test assets.
Strong knowledge of TOSCA integrations with ALM tools, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Experience in API, UI, and database automation using TOSCA.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, VBScript, Python) for automation customization.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, QTest, or TestRail.
Hands-on experience in working with Agile and DevOps environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
TOSCA certification (Automation Specialist / Test Architect) is a plus.
