ServiceNow Developer (CSA and CSD/CAD) Independent

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client s team on a W2 contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, strong integration expertise, and required certifications (CSA and CSD/CAD). This role will focus on platform customization, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with development standards

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite 1 2 days per week)
Position Type: Contract (W2 only)

Job Summary:

• Perform hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including:
• Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies
• Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub Spokes, Script Includes
• Catalog Items, Portal Widgets, UI Pages, Event & Alert Rules
• Enforce platform engineering and development standards.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality while performing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Customize forms and fields using ServiceNow scripting modules (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules).
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Develop and manage Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and Data Export Sets.
• Configure Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, Workspaces, and Service Portal.
• Work with MID Servers for integration support.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Support EC Pro upgrade and migration processes.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD / CSD) required.
• Strong understanding of Shopping Hub and Source-to-Pay common architecture modules.
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting expertise (JavaScript, Glide).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and upgrades.
