Role : SAP Project Manager Location: Sunnyvale ,CA or Austin, TX (Day 1 Onsite) Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact SAP migration project. This role requires strong coordination with global stakeholders, vendor management expertise, and the ability to manage complex dependencies while minimizing business disruption. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and experienced in handling large-scale ERP transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP migration activities.

  • Coordinate across business units, vendors, and Asia Pacific counterparts for alignment.

  • Manage vendors, track deliverables, and drive accountability against project milestones.

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the migration.

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across U.S. and international teams, including late-hour collaboration.

  • Provide status reporting, escalation management, and project documentation to leadership.

  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Mandate Skills

  • Proven Project Management experience in SAP migration or large-scale ERP projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

  • Vendor management expertise, especially with system integrators.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-regional communication skills.

  • Strong change management capabilities.

  • Ability to work onsite (Day 1) in California or Austin and adjust to Asia Pacific collaboration hours.

Good to Have / Preferred

  • Prior experience with repair factories or depots.

  • Exposure to Asia Pacific business environments.

  • Quick learner, adaptable to complex/dynamic situations.
