Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Director in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is in the telecom industry, focusing on the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. The position requires a consultative approach to understand the current state of our digital presence and devise strategies accordingly. The role also involves leading a team for the tactical execution of these strategies and driving the enhancement of our customer-facing brand and product.

Responsibilities:

Assess the current digital marketing state through a consultative approach
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
Delegate tasks to the team and oversee the tactical execution of the strategy
Drive improvements to customer-facing brand and product
Analyze and make recommendations to improve online experience and customer journey
Utilize skills in Digital Campaign Design and Digital Content to enhance digital projects
Implement effective communication strategies to improve digital experiences and customer acquisition
Oversee the creation of mobile experiences and website content
Manage our brand, ensuring brand management strategies are aligned with corporate branding
Develop and manage branded content to improve customer experiences

Requirements

Proven experience in a Director role with a focus on digital strategy and implementation
Expertise in Digital Campaign Design and Digital Content creation
Proficiency in managing Digital Projects and implementing effective Communication Strategies
Experience in creating and managing Digital Experiences across various platforms
Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition strategies in a digital context
Experience in designing Mobile Experiences and Website Content
Strong skills in Brand Management, including Branded Content and Corporate Branding
Knowledge of the latest digital trends and technologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
