Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and SQL queries to validate android application functionality, performance, and data accuracy

Collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to implement and verify features based on product requirements

Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of application quality

Contribute to test automation and apply object-oriented programming principles to support efficient testing processes

Support database testing and expand knowledge of database structures to improve overall QA coverage and application reliability

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience

6 months to 1 year of hands-on testing experience in a software engineering environment or demonstrable object-oriented programming (OOP) experience

Commitment to Agile practices and delivering quality focused applications

Strong foundation and practical experience in object-oriented programming

Experience with SQL scripting

Exposure to databases and interest in deepening database knowledge

Ability to implement features based on product requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent multi-tasking skills, managing multiple initiatives at one time in a fast-paced environment

QA - mobile experience preferred

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
