Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-growing group. You'll play a key role in supporting the technology ecosystem across 250+ retail locations, working with a suite of applications including ERP, reporting tools, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage cross-functional retail technology projects from planning to execution.
- Partner with internal teams (Merchandising, Warehousing, Accounting, IT) and external vendors to ensure seamless application performance and deployment.
- Own vendor relationships and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Drive implementation of new features and upgrades across ERP and POS platforms.
- Maintain project pipeline health and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in retail or tech.
- Strong vendor management experience, especially with POS applications.
- Background in retail operations or technology.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- PMP or Prince2 certification.
- Experience with APTOS, MMS, or similar retail software.
- Familiarity with AS/400, DB2, and modern database platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VBA, formulas).
- Background in hospitality or outdoor industry tech.
