Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer
Onsite - Nashville, TN

CDW has a great opportunity for an experience mobile device Technical Support Engineer. We are looking for a skilled MDM Engineer to join our IT team onsite in Nashville, TN. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting Android mobile devices ensuring reliable deployment of business-critical applications and secure device management.

CDW has a great opportunity for an experience mobile device Technical Support Engineer. We are looking for a skilled MDM Engineer to join our IT team onsite in Nashville, TN. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting Android mobile devices ensuring reliable deployment of business-critical applications and secure device management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and manage Android mobile devices using MaaS360 and Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment.
- Manage the deployment of our primary driver application via APK file, addressing unique requirements and compatibility issues.
- Troubleshoot device and application issues in the field and coordinate resolutions with internal IT and external vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date device records, policies, and configurations to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align mobile technology with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in mobile device management, with hands-on experience using MaaS360 and Knox Mobile Enrollment.
- Strong knowledge of Android OS and Samsung device management best practices.
- Experience deploying apps via APK files outside of standard app stores.
- Familiarity with enterprise mobility and security policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
