Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a healthcare-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in full-stack development, particularly with .NET technologies and front-end UI web applications.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and debug complex application systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions while adhering to established project plans.
Conduct thorough coding and testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
Collaborate with users to assess their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
Communicate project updates and system resolutions to Information Services management.
Participate as an active team member in project planning and execution to achieve successful outcomes.
Validate production schedules and ensure the reliability of assigned systems.
Document and test all program developments, changes, and enhancements thoroughly.
Offer training and support to Information Systems personnel to enhance their technical skills.
Take on-call responsibility for assigned production systems to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in software development.
Proficiency in VB.Net, Visual Studio, and .NET technologies.
Expertise in SQL Server versions 2000 through 2019, including Management Studio, SSIS, and SSRS.
Familiarity with Visual Studio 2008/2010/2015/2019 or newer.
Strong knowledge of Office tools and programming languages such as C# and VB.NET.
Solid understanding of operating systems, particularly Windows 7.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and documentation abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
