Job Details

Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Guidewire Cloud Migration (PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter)

Location: New York City, NY/ Conshohocken, PA (hybrid)

 

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter from on-premise to cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead full lifecycle migration of Guidewire PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter to cloud.

·        Drive project planning, scope, milestones, budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

·        Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, testers, BAs) and manage vendors.

·        Oversee technical design, data integrity, cloud configuration, interoperability, testing & validation.

Required Skills & Experience:

·        8+ years IT Project Management experience (M&A/integration preferred).

·        Proven experience managing Guidewire PC/CC implementations & large-scale IT integrations.

·        Strong cloud migration, data security, performance optimization background.

·        Knowledge of PMLC, SDLC, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

·        Experience in Commercial Insurance (3+ years).

·        Strong stakeholder, vendor, and risk management skills.

·        Proficient with project tools (MS Project, PPM tools).

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
