Job Description: Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for the custom configuration and set up of Software AG ARIS product.
• This role will work closely with project manager, product manager, product owner and business architects.
• This role includes set up of ARIS Tenant, ARIS Database instance per targeted user community, customization of process models and required templates.
• ARIS Solutions Architect /Administrator must have an end-to-end vision and understand design and able to implement design for use in ARIS

Principal Responsibilities:

• ARIS Database configuration and template set up ARIS Modeler customization (standardization for process workflow maps)
• Template creation and build of Value Chain framework for levels 1, 2 and 3 within ARIS instance ARIS Initial reporting set up
• Document and Define Change Governance Process Support migration efforts from IBM Blue works Live to Software AG ARIS Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions Provide training and support to end-users

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in administration and configuration of Software AG ARIS process mapping tool Strong understanding of business process modeling Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority.
• Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
• Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.
