Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Enterprise Compliance Lead in Alpharetta, GA.

Duties:
* The Enterprise Compliance Lead will ensure SOX compliance requirements are properly implemented across all GitHub Actions workflows
* Design and validate controls that maintain proper separation of duties, change management and audit trails while automating evidence collection
* Partner with auditors to demonstrate compliance of the new CI/CD platform
* SOX control implementation for CI/CD, automated audit trail creation, compliance documentation generation, regulatory mapping to technical controls, evidence collection automation and separation of duties implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* SOX experience
* IT Audit experience
* Big 4 Audit experience

Preferred:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Big 4 Audit experience and/or past experience with Enterprise IT infrastructure, applications and supporting teams
* Expert with audit defense for automated pipelines
* Strong understanding of change management compliance, meticulous approach to evidence collection, skill in designing controls that don't impede development
* Ability to translate SOX requirements to technical controls

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
