Position: Robotics & Mechatronics Engineering – AI Trainer
Type: Contract (Part-time or Full-time, Remote)
Compensation: Competitive (hourly / per task)

Requirements: (Training support will be provided)
- Strong professional experience in Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong expertise in embedded systems and real-time microcontroller programming
- Hands-on experience with sensor integration, actuator control, and embedded firmware
- Solid understanding of mechanical design, kinematics, dynamics, and robotic mechanisms
- Proficiency in control systems including PID, state estimation, and model-based control
- Experience with robotics programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with robotics simulation tools such as ROS, Gazebo, or Webots
- Working knowledge of communication protocols including ROS, CAN, I2C, SPI, and PWM
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex electromechanical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
- (Preferred) Experience designing technical curriculum, labs, or training content
- (Preferred) Demonstrated passion for mentoring or teaching robotics concepts
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and review AI-generated robotics and mechatronics content for technical accuracy
- Translate real-world robotics engineering workflows into structured AI training scenarios
- Design and develop practical exercises, project-based tasks, and real-world case studies
- Guide AI training content related to control algorithms, motion planning, and automation
- Create and validate examples involving microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or missing reasoning in AI-generated technical outputs and provide corrections
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine robotics content guidelines and best practices
- Ensure all training materials align with industry standards and current advancements in robotics
