RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager, Oracle Fusion Finance & Accounting in Anaheim, CA.

Summary:
This role drives technology initiatives within Category Management, aligning financial processes with advanced systems to improve efficiency and collaboration. The position partners with business and IT leaders to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement optimized solutions. Candidates must have experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud and strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, project accounting, fixed assets, cash management, general ledger, and financial close & consolidation.

Responsibilities:
* Maximize Oracle ERP utilization and integration to support business goals
* Contribute to IT strategies, including e-commerce expansion and change management
* Integrate new applications, emphasizing automation and process improvement
* Provide daily support for Oracle ERP/EPM and resolve technical issues
* Pursue ongoing training and maintain system proficiency
* Manage vendor relationships for reliable system support
* Support IT projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
* Ensure compliance with policies and standards, report on system usage and growth opportunities
* Analyze financial workflows to align technology solutions
* Document functional specifications and participate in configuration, testing, and deployment
* Assist with user training and enterprise application support (ERP, EPM, EDM, ADW, CDM, MDM, Manufacturing, Ordering)
* Promote best practices and support Oracle Cloud architecture (ERP, EPM, CRM, EDM, OIC, Manufacturing, BI)
* Collaborate with finance teams to implement systems that improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM implementations
* Experience as a business analyst or similar role with large-scale enterprise applications
* Experience in retail grocery and/or supply chain operations
* Knowledge of CFO-related functions and associated business applications
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Background in financial services and processes
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of relevant experience, or six years of equivalent experience/education
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, procurement, manufacturing workflows, and change management
* Understanding of financial data security and compliance standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
