RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Procurement Tech Coordinator in Chicago, IL.

Key Tasks:
* Lead in reviewing incoming emails; Redirecting or solving the inquiries for our vendors and users
* Manage incoming requests from HelpHub filtering them to the correct SME for guidance in the PTO tech stack
* Drive increased collections on SMF via quick communication with vendors who are seeking clarity on how and why it needs to be paid.
* Coordinate the collection COIs to ensure vendors are in compliance with Risk Management Standards; Increase compliance ratings for each business unit by 5% each quarter
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Support ongoing procurement activities such as the Ask for Help queue, Supplier Onboarding, vendor reporting and more
* Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
