Pension Analyst

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of experience in Business or Solution Analyst roles for large-scale implementations
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, product configuration, and functional documentation (FRD/BRD)
• Experience with BPMN, UI prototyping, and data structure understanding
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps , SQL, and CASE tools is a plus
• Preferred: Pension administration or benefit claim systems experience
• Certifications like CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and design of business and system solutions using NeoSpin
• Conduct JAD sessions and translate business needs into system capabilities
• Mentor junior BAs and ensure quality documentation (FRD/BRD)
• Coordinate with development, QA, and client teams throughout SDLC
• Support product configuration, test planning, and end-user training
• Oversee UAT, go-live support, and ensure successful solution delivery
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Travel and work across time zones as required
