Job Description:

Role: Kronos Admin

Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Addison

Duration: 4 mo. CTH

  • UKG Pro WFM Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and performance of the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite, acting as a key liaison between HR/Payroll, IT, and Kronos managed services.
  • System Configuration & Support: Lead system configuration for timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling, and accruals; provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Project & Solution Management: Serve as a solution lead or technical project manager for UKG/Kronos projects-handling requirements gathering, technical design oversight, testing, and go-live support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business users and technical teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and align IT solutions with complex HR and payroll needs, including payroll execution and regulatory compliance.
  • System Maintenance & Integration: Oversee Kronos InTouch clock configuration, system upgrades, data accuracy, interface integrity, and adherence to enterprise change management protocols.
  • Qualifications & Experience: Requires 2+ years of hands-on Kronos configuration (v7+), with experience in Timekeeper, Scheduling, Analytics, and Device Manager; preferred candidates have UKG Pro cloud experience and a manufacturing or consulting background.
