IT Business Manager

Our client is an investment banking advisory firm. They seek a temp to perm IT Business Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize materials for key IT meetings, including the Technology Council, and compile data on IT accomplishments for presentation to leadership
• Support the CISO, MD of Information Security, and Director of IT Finance by preparing materials, managing schedules, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks
• Represent the CIO and IT executives in meetings and new project initiatives, document discussions, and gather relevant information to support informed decision-making
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at developing best practices and enhancing IT processes and efficiency
• Plan and execute Townhall events in collaboration with IT leadership, ensuring effective communication of departmental priorities and achievements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring executive priorities are clearly communicated and information flows accurately to senior leaders

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT business management
• Financial services or banking industry is a plus
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create organized presentations
• Ability to build complex data analysis, perform scenario analysis, and develop dashboards in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to think strategically and analyze complex situations
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
