Job Title: Rewards Analyst\/Advisor

Contributes to strengthening global compensation programs. Participate in pay for performance, compensation education, pay equity, and job architecture initiatives.
Participate in global compensation surveys. Ensures data integrity of data submission.
Conducts job evaluations and benchmarking. Develop insights to inform pay grades.
Conducts data audits, as needed to ensure legal and program compliance.
Maintain Compensation Structure: Assist in designing and maintaining salary structures, job classifications, and compensation programs. Ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Provide expertise and consultation to People Team on job leveling, evaluation, market pricing, internal equity, and competitive pay analysis.
Maintain compensation management software tool and reporting.
Proactively support annual rewards process, including planning, testing, auditing, analyzing pay for performance recommendations, and reviewing communications.
Review AAP/EEO categories to ensure they are appropriately assigned.
Headcount Report - cheat sheet for the new fields added for premiums and discounts.
Create Knowledge Base Articles from existing resources.
Process documentation when needed.
Annual calendar of activities to be created.
ACP Playbook audit processes.
Tier 1 - People Team Cases.
Support global compensation survey management process, from ensuring data integrity of submission through analysis and application of survey results.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of compensation experience required.

Ability to prioritize efficiently and manage competing priorities.

Advanced experience in excel and power point.
