Job Details
Project Manager / Customer Support Location: New York, NY
4 days a week onsite mandatory - candidate must be local to be considered
Full time Requirement - no visa sponsorship available at this time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project life cycle, including project definition, scope, resource planning, business analysis, technical design, development, testing, training, and migration to production
- Communicate effectively through various mediums, and across all levels of Ninth Wave and client organizations, to ensure transparent status reporting, change management and issues resolution
- Coordinate and proactively manage internal teams’ activities as they relate to client projects
- Minimize Project Risk through pragmatic and collaborative removal of blockers and/or issues
- Lead client relationships, building strong relationships across client organizations, including C-suite
- Matrix Manage project team resources, assuming full ownership of successful project completion and client satisfaction
- Contribute to evolution of Project Management Office, sharing and educating on best practices, documentation and tools
Qualifications
- 7+- years of experience delivering Software as a Service platform solutions
- Demonstrable record of client implementations
- Hands on experience with budget management, RAID logs, and executive level status reporting
- Experience working with clients and managing client facing projects
- Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills
- Experience managing development teams and working in global teams
- Team player, friendly and can adjust to changing priorities with aplomb
- Positive attitude with a proven ability to foster relationships
- Proactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- This role is hybrid/in-office and requires regular presence at our NYC headquarters
- Collaborate in-person with teams at our New York City office to drive initiatives
