Description

Robert Half is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for:

Managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business;

Respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions;

Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software;

Providing technical support via phone/remote tools to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required;

Assisting with desktop systems integrations;

Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date;

Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures;

Identifying and resolving technical issues;

Delivering regular and customized individual training to teams within the business;

Other duties as needed

The successful Desktop Support Analyst will have:

Understanding of Tcp/ip, LDAP, SFTP.

O365 administration / o365 exchange online.

Active Directory Account administration

Teams / Telephony Administration

Physical security Integration - cameras/dvrs/badge access systems

Desktop support

Windows 10

MS Office

Printer integration.

Docusign Integration.

Desktop Imaging

Move / Add / Change user access provisioning

Experience with Connectwise ticketing system or equivalent

Banking application support experience preferred

Background required prior to employment
