Job Description:

1) Responsible for administration and management of the Contract, including coordinating time and travel for the contract personnel.

2) Responsible for submission of all task order proposals, progress and required reports, and all other contract and task order deliverables.

3) The PM shall assume the initiative and be the point of technical and administrative contact between the client and the Contractor and shall be responsible for the successful completion of all work required under this contract.

4) The PM shall have a minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering (or equivalent), a Master s Degree in Engineering or Management (or equivalent), and 15 years of related experience, 5 of which should be in a management role on large research contracts.

5) Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
