Sr Project Manager/Businss Analyst- Prime Brokerage

Job Description

The Prime Services delivery team within DDI is responsible for establishing and expanding on business growth capabilities for the Prime Brokerage business in support of various regulatory, industry, and business-driven initiatives. The team partners closely with stakeholder groups including Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Change Management, and Third-Party Management. We are seeking a project manager with significant hands-on business analysis experience to join the team on a contract basis.

As Project Manager & Senior BA, responsibilities include:

• Formulate recommendations on delivery/implementation approaches based on consultations with key stakeholder groups.
• Ensure governance and compliance of project activities with approved procedures and standards.
• Lead planning and execution of projects or workstreams within a larger program.
• Prepare weekly status dashboards and presentations for executive and governance committees.
• Manage financial reporting, RAID logs, and enterprise change artifacts (e.g., privacy/data impact assessments, RACI, test strategies).
• Write user stories in JIRA and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
• Document workflows in Microsoft Visio and contribute to project plans (MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Support testing efforts with internal QA teams and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and sourcing teams to onboard third-party suppliers.
• Lead lessons learned and closure reporting.

MUST HAVE:

• Proven delivery experience in U.S. prime brokerage initiatives, including arranged financing, portfolio margin, securities lending platform upgrades, equity repo, and portfolio equity swaps.
• Deep knowledge of equity derivatives, institutional equities, prime brokerage, and securities lending.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership with a wide stakeholder reach.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Familiarity with Clarity (for financials and resourcing).
• PMP or Agile certifications (or in progress).
• Experience working with vendors like EquiLend Spire, FIS Loanet, Broadridge BPS, IMPACT, SCFM, or Softek.
• Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory considerations within prime brokerage.
