Requirement Summary:
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Purchasing
Responsible for inventory planning and control of service parts/accessories for VW & Audi across U.S. and Canada
Ensure optimal inventory levels at PDCs/RDCs to meet service and fill-rate targets
Perform inventory analysis, forecasting, and root-cause analysis to address supply gaps
Create and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to support inventory and demand decisions
Coordinate with suppliers, customer relations, and internal teams to resolve parts supply issues
Strong Excel skills required; experience with demand planning/forecasting tools preferred
Role focuses on maintaining wheel inventory for Audi and other VW vehicles, supporting resource centers across both the U.S. and Canada.
Primary responsibility is to ensure correct inventory levels at PDCs/RDCs in the U.S. and Canada to support dealer demand and service levels.
Strong hands-on Excel expertise is a must (advanced reporting, analysis, and inventory tracking).
Ideal experience range is 2–5 years in procurement, supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management; candidates with 5+ years are also open for consideration.
Background aligned with parts procurement, inventory optimization, and supply chain coordination is preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
Nice to Have:
Experience with automotive parts supply or large-scale distribution environments
SAP experience is required; exposure to demand planning or procurement systems is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent experience
