Join our dynamic team as a Junior Project Coordinator where you'll play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts in a remote work setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in planning project activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and update project trackers and dashboards to monitor progress effectively.
  • Prepare status reports and documentation to ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to boost team productivity.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet for tracking and reporting project progress.
  • Solid experience in project management with a foundational understanding of methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with basic project management tools and software.
  • Experience in documenting project processes and outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
