Job Details

Title: UKG Advanced Scheduler

Location: New York City, NY/ New jersey/Connecticut (Hybrid)

  • Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG Dimensions WFM.
  • Drive automation initiatives using Python and AI, including the integration of data from multiple sources and the development of user-friendly, automated reporting tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Boomi integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and configuring advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG.
  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, document business rules, and translate them into system configurations.

Boomi Integration & Certification

  • Experience designing and maintaining Boomi integrations, with a strong understanding of the differences between UKG Central and Dimensions backends.
  • Boomi certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.

Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.

Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.

Perform system testing and validation.

Provide technical support and training to team members.
