Job Details

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing and advancing our production capabilities. This position focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. You will collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions that align with product requirements, industry standards, and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes through hands-on research and analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
  • Partner with vendors and operators to gain insight and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and test manufacturing methods and equipment tailored to evolving product demands.
  • Increase efficiency by analyzing workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols for products and processes.
  • Estimate labor, material, and production costs to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports by gathering and interpreting operational data and performance trends.
  • Support teams with engineering insights, technical documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all manufacturing activities.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repair efforts as needed.
  • Maintain databases and digital records, including programming for automated systems.
  • Train and mentor technicians on new tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing education and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of process planning and industrial production methods
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to various roles and challenges

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods working on a computer
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasionally required to lift objects weighing 50+ lbs
  • Frequent walking and standing within a manufacturing facility
