One of our direct BioPharmaceutical client is looking for IT Program/Project Specialist/Coordinator.
Open for 100% Remote.
Seeking a skilled and proactive IT CSE Program Specialist to support a variety of IT initiatives and team priorities aimed at driving enterprise-wide change, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication, project management, and change management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- This contractor role will support the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) transformation initiative. The individual will collaborate closely with the Office of Ethics and Compliance, as well as the G&A IT and ServiceNow delivery teams, to enhance ServiceNow s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform.
- Key responsibilities include expanding IRM features and driving user adoption.
- Though primarily responsible for the GRC transformation initiative, the contractor will also provide support on other CSE initiatives as needed.
All work will include:
- Program & Project Support: Lead and contribute to IT initiatives by coordinating planning, execution, and delivery of communications and change management activities.
- Change Management: Apply and enhance standardized change management practices across IT programs. Maintain tools, templates, and processes to support consistent and audit-ready deliverables.
- Communications Strategy: Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, campaign messaging, and stakeholder updates. Collaborate with IT and communications teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate feedback loops through surveys, focus groups, and other listening mechanisms. Use insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on key metrics related to engagement, adoption, and program effectiveness. Provide regular updates to leadership and project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred (Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management and communications, ideally within IT, HR, or Marketing functions.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; experience with technical writing and generative AI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and platforms.
- Experience managing internal communications and social media content.
- Familiarity with IT concepts and technical subject matter.
- SEO writing experience is a plus.
