CyberArk Engineer

Role: CyberArk Engineer Duration: 12 Months with potential for extension Location: Chicago, IL 60604 Hybrid In Office 3 days onsite per week

Visa TYPE: OPT EAD

1. Strong hands on experience with Cyberark integrations (CCP, Conjur, CorePAS, etc) need to be able to speak to this experience in depth and detail specific examples. CCP is the baseline integration they should know, but should likely know CorePAS really well, too.
2. Cyberark Certification is a must have even people who have worked with Cyberark for 6 months will have a certification if they are legitimate (Defender is the baseline cert)
3. Documentation and soft skills are very important for this role need this person to be both highly technical and able to act as a BA when needed since they are short on BA s.
Microsoft Azure experience will really make a candidate stand out to him
Note:
1. These resources will be assisting with two major projects:
1. The first major project is focused on a Cyberark password tool for several applications at the bank. This is potentially a multi-year project, but he currently has funding for 1.
2. Second project is moving NT applications to the cloud (PCF to Microsoft Azure)
3. There are several other smaller projects that these resources may assist with, as well, that have to do with upgrading several platforms that are at end of life.
Day to Day:
The client is looking for a dynamic engineer who is passionate for Privileged Identity and Access Management, Cloud and Security technologies to be part of a team that develops a product impacting tens of thousands of customers. Responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, testing and deploying features and components in a large-scale system. We expect you to drive improvements to code quality, performance, and team processes while leveraging modern web technologies and tool.
Must Have:
Minimum of 5 years in IT experience with at least two of those years focused on Application Security
3+ years of Cyberark experience
Cyberark certification is required (Cyberark Defender certification at a minimum)
Cyberark CCP, CorePAS and Conjur experience
Should be able to Analyze, design and develop data loss prevention policies
Technically versatile and savvy, either with experience in multiple technologies, and/or the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Excellent analytical skills
In-depth understanding of information security and software development
Practical experience with security and authorization principles
Pluses:
Experience with Active Directory (AD) and ADFS
Experience with PowerShell and Shell Scripting for automating repeatable tasks and installations
Knowledge of server operations and maintenance
Understanding of cloud terminology, architecture, and tools to include installing, provisioning and monitoring
