Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst with deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee & Manager Self Service, and Profile Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of HR processes, experience with vendor integrations, and advanced PeopleSoft Query skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage vendor integrations and process changes (eHR, Personify, Benefits).
Troubleshoot & resolve integration and data conversion issues.
Perform functional testing, UAT, and process improvement analysis.
Create and test PeopleSoft queries; support reporting needs.
Assist with system migrations, data validation, and cleanup efforts.
Document business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
Provide backup operational support in manager s absence.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in systems analysis in PeopleSoft HCM environment.
4+ years of functional experience in ERP systems.
Strong experience with Core HR, Recruiting, and HCM processes.
Excellent querying skills and knowledge of database concepts.
Preferred Skills:
PeopleSoft 9.1, Oracle Cloud, BI Publisher, Integration Tools.
Strong HR process knowledge and project management experience.
