Product Delivery Manager Network Products
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Locals Only) Hybrid
Duration: Long Term
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition and delivery of capabilities aligned with the Network Products strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Envisioning teams, Product Owners, and capability owners to drive program outcomes.
  • Enhance delivery predictability and support best-in-class agile product execution.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the lifecycle of each initiative from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute roadmap commitments; identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues.
  • Monitor value delivery and ensure initiative sequencing aligns with business priorities.
  • Support investment decisions and capacity planning by providing insights on sequencing, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
  • Work with downstream stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
  • Document, maintain, and update delivery plans in partnership with product and business leadership.
Required Skills
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Program Management, or Product Integration, preferably in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of network products, payment networks, acquirer systems, or similar domains (based on role context).
  • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technology products.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with proven experience driving agile delivery.
  • Excellent capability in risk management, issue escalation, and delivery governance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to translate progress, risks, and dependencies into clear reporting for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with roadmap planning, prioritization, sequencing, and value delivery tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
