Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Pega Decisioning Architect to support analysis, design, development, and maintenance of business systems. The role involves working with Pega applications, integrations, Pega FS Frameworks, and the Pega Decisioning Engine. The position includes managing the full software development life cycle for internally developed or externally purchased applications. The individual will work closely with QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, and Project Management teams, and provide coaching and mentoring to the Pega Program team.
Essential Job Functions:
Lead and manage the implementation of decisioning logic enhancements
Expert knowledge of PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub
Strong understanding of Pega Financial Services Frameworks
Experience with enterprise application systems
Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.5+ and Next Best Action Designer
Full life cycle application development using Agile
Lead technical design, coding, and debugging in Pega
Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic
Maintain compliance standards
Performance tuning
PRPC experience required
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub
10+ years of programming and SDLC experience (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Certified Senior System Architect (required); LSA preferred
Certified Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant (required)
Experience in fast-paced environments
Preferred: Experience with legacy transformation projects involving Pega CDH
