Position Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between cross-functional teams to identify issues, define functional requirements, and develop effective business solutions. This role involves analyzing workflows, performing gap analyses, evaluating systems, and coordinating implementation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and data.
Conduct process modeling, workflow analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
Evaluate and recommend system solutions and enhancements.
Document requirements, system modifications, and technical specifications.
Support implementation and troubleshoot application issues.
Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Work independently and creatively to resolve challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar role.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in process mapping, testing, and using industry-standard technology tools.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements.
Essential Functions:
Regular, punctual attendance and collaboration with team members.
Effective use of computers for reporting and communication.
Ability to prioritize, analyze data, and complete tasks on time.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
MUST HAVES:
Manhattan SCALE WMS Experience (3-5+ years)
Familiarity with WMS Integrations, Implementations, Analysis
Experience dealing with customers/being in a client-facing role
Ability to work both independently and with teams in an Agile environment
