Role: Senior Documaker Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC and New Jersey, NJ
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Documaker Developer with a strong background in the Property Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining document generation solutions using the Documaker platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance business processes and the ability to work with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement document generation solutions using Documaker.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Documaker templates, rules, and data sources.
- Integrate Documaker with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Documaker platform.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Rally or Jira to track progress and manage tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Essential Skills:
- 8-10+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience as a Documaker Developer.
- In-depth knowledge of the Property Insurance industry and its business processes.
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for UI-related tasks.
- Experience with Rally or Jira for project management and issue tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
