Job Responsibilities / Requirements:
Drive technical workshop sessions with the stakeholders
Participate in technical walkthroughs with the technical team for both D365 and UCP
Analyze the D365 and UCP technical architecture suggest changes pertaining to:
Technical and architectural design
Identify the issues with the architecture, configuration and customizations included in section 2 of this document
Identify impact on the architecture of the Power pages-based Unified Customer portal
Analyze the queue items issue and suggest technical design changes needed
Identify issues with customizations and suggest remediation approaches
Analyze the impact of migrating to D365 Customer Service workspace
Identify the technical architecture requirements for moving all brands to the same D365 instance.
Accountable for all deliverables produced during the assessment
Lead client meetings and/or facilitated strategy sessions
Working with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform
Developing high level project work plans, and managing budgets and scope of work
Developing robust architecture design and functionality
Designing integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications
Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code
Developing data conversion and testing strategies
Training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM
Knowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate licensing plans and features included in different plans
