NTT DATA's Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure IaaS and PaaS workloads, networking, DevOps, cloud governance, security, compliance, and backup integration. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining Azure solutions to support our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Azure Workloads:
- Develop and support IaaS and PaaS Azure workloads including Virtual Machines, VM scale sets, Azure SQL, and Hosted RPA.
- Networking:
- Implement automated solutions for Azure Load Balancer (LB) and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
- DevOps:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Automate provisioning processes using Terraform.
- Cloud Governance, Security, and Compliance:
- Develop and implement Azure policies and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Establish frameworks for HIPAA and GXP compliance.
- Backup Integration:
- Integrate and manage Veeam Backup solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Azure Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Experience with networking solutions in Azure, including LB and WAF.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform.
- In-depth understanding of cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Experience with Veeam Backup integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with HIPAA and GXP compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Hosted RPA solutions.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $55 to $62. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
