Job Details
SAP Basis Administrator to deliver consistent high performance SAP systems and applications to support business operation
Lead SAP Basis and Security teams.
Review day to day tickets with Basis and Security teams and provide status report to the client.
Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers
Review GRC tickets and troubleshooting
Monitoring the SAP applications using Solution Manager, recording and advising team members and management on issues and needed adjustments
HANA Upgrade
System refreshes and Client copies
S4 HANA and BW4 HANA Upgrade Project planning
Provide Basis and Security training to the offshore team
